Using guidelines to keep us focused when we want to move things along can be incredibly helpful. In this month’s newsletter I use the example of clothes to explore the use of guidelines.


Let’s say that your goal is to get rid of some clothes. You feel that you have too many and you want to move some along. This could be because your closet and dressers are full and over flowing or, on the other hand, your drawers are actually empty but you have piles of clothes all over plus bags in the garage and basement.
